During the past week we have had to suspend both ChannelNews and SmartHouse after a major database crash.

ChannelNews Database Crash Brings Us Down

This resulted in repairs having to be made to a database that houses over 20 million assets and over 13 years of content.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this has created.

We are currently moving back to normal operations however there will be inconsistences during the next week as we move to repair new problems which were caused when a server housing the databases crashed forcing the database to automatically start backup and repair processes.
