Acting as a portal to an endless world of music, the Denon DNP-720AE is a new network audio player that is specifically designed to sit alongside any existing Hi Fi set up.

Described as ideal for those who want better management of their digital content, the device allows users to stream entire music libraries stored on a home network, including from computers or NAS drives. Users with iTunes can stream their music using AirPlay, while others can do so via DLNA or Wi Fi.

The DNP-720AE has access to thousands of free Internet radio stations from around the world and is compatible with renowned platform vTuner, which provides radio, podcasts and other entertainment.
The unit is crafted with sound tuning based on the brand's high-quality sound technology. Straight and simple circuit design and minimum signal path guarantee optimal performance in sound quality. All the parts of the unit are strictly selected to provide the best listening standards, ensuring owners will receive a consistently outstanding experience when the player is connected to a premium Hi Fi stereo system.

The interface is uncluttered with the design focusing on ease of use instead of making a statement. It has slick lines that match with Denon Integrated Amplifiers, allowing for quick and simple access to playback functions and volume. The front-panel USB connection makes it easy to connect to any USB-enabled device including smartphones, MP3 players and external hard disks.

The player also has an AM/FM tuner for more traditional radio listening, a remote control and an OELD display that tells you information about the track, album and the device you are currently streaming from. It is compatible with the Denon Remote App, which offers iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users an additional way to access music and control their player.

The DNP-720AE supports a wide scope of audio formats such as MP3, WAV, AAC, WMA, FLAC and FLAC 96/24, has a signal-to-noise ratio of 110dB and a dynamic range of 98dB. The player also houses a 24-bit 192 kHz D/A converter.
In many ways a network audio player is the pi?ce de r?sistance of any modern home entertainment system. Available at a very reasonable $499, the Denon DNP-720AE will allow owners to access music that is stored digitally, bringing new life to existing Hi Fi stereo systems.
