"Yamaha's engineers did a thorough review of all design aspects including circuitry, construction, components, volume and sound reproduction qualities that brings Yamaha's AV receiver to the next level," said Moore.

"The new line of Aventage 3D AV receivers use premium parts and components made by Yamaha to ensure users get the best possible audio experience," added Moore.

The new features onboard include a 5th leg placed underneath the heavy power transformer, Burr-Brown DACs, the latest HQV Vida video processing chips, high quality speaker terminals, as well as new minor components.

All models come With RS-232, with the company collaborating with 3rd party control companies such as Control 4 and Creston for custom installation integration.

Also onboard is 3D DSP mode, 108p upscaling, and iPod connectivity through the included YDS-12.

The RX-A2000 adds a variety of features to the RX-A1000 including 130w x 7, 9.2ch surround sound (using an external amplifier), YPAO calibration extends including room echo control and reflection control, HQV Vida video processor provides advanced scaling and deinterlacing.

Finally, the company unveiled the RX-A3000, a receiver that offers 11.2 channels using secondary amplifiers and front and rear presence speakers. The double layer base construction provides further strength in the body reducing vibration and colouration of sound, while the YPAO calibration also includes speaker angle measurement and reflected sound control. Other features include HQV Vida video processing which allows even further calibration of the video output, Zone 4 operation, and 140w x7 with 0.06% THD.

Yamaha is confident about their new Aventage receivers that they will be offering a 4-year manufacturer warranty including a 1-year replacement warranty. Each AVENTAGE receiver also comes with a YDS-12 iPod/iPhone dock.
