Foxtel Go app now offers over 50 channels live channels and a bucket load of catch up TV on iPhone or iPad and iPod Touch
covering - drama, entertainment, docos, movies, sport, news, lifestyle and kids.

The 25 new channels include: Arena, UKTV, FX and 13th STREET, Discovery, Animal Planet, History, CNN, Bio, BBC Knowledge and six movie channels including Foxtel Movies Action/Adventure.

Foxtel has been a busy beaver of late, making regular additions to the Go app, launched in November, extending it to iPhone just last month, as it looks to grow subscriber numbers from 'subdued' levels.

It has also been ramping up its other Internet TV service on Samsung TV and Xbox 360. Go app is also promised for Androids but has not yet appeared in the Google Play Store.

They are not charging any existing users any extra to watch telly on mobiles.

It is not clear how much the Pay TV giant, owned by News Limited and Telstra, are hoping to increase their user numbers by, following the introduction of new services.

Foxtel coudl not comment at the time of writing.
